Chef Alan Roby has already broken three world records with his sweet talent of turning chocolate and sugar into art. This weekend he will debut his latest masterpiece, Randy , a nearly 800 pound life-size chocolate saxophone player several weeks in the making.
This chef’s creative creations landed him in the Chef Hall of Fame and named 2013 Pastry Chef of the Year.
Chef Roby’s decadent design is one of the highlights of the 2nd Annual Chicago Fine Chocolate and Dessert show this weekend at Navy Pier. It’s a three day event showcasing pastry chefs, sugar art and chocolatiers.
